We hold most tables for reservations and twelve counter seats for walk-ins. If we can't seat you, we'll always tell you why.

Yes — twelve counter seats are reserved for walk-ins every night, first-come first-served. We also keep two two-tops available for late-evening walk-ins after 9pm.
We can seat parties up to ten with at least 72 hours notice. For private buyouts of the full room, email events@sable.example.
Almost always — let us know in the notes when you book and again when you arrive. We can do gluten-free, vegan, nut-free, and many allergies with a heads-up.
Cancel up to 24 hours before with no charge. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged $35 per seat.
